The Seismic team supports the pursuit and closure of contract renewal quotes, emphasizing the value of services. Our team focuses on renewal product options including multiyear and coterminous renewals as well as capturing takeover business. Our maintenance quoters assist in maintaining customer data and post-sales support. We also provide general administration support to our client’s contract departments, maximizing the productivity of their teams.

Our team works directly with our clients to manage their renewal requirements. Some of our support functions include quoting renewals; maintaining contract databases; processing credit requests; handling new maintenance requests; and general sales requests. We perform vendor management and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for managing technician and parts dispatches.

Process :

In house, our maintenance quoters receive requests via e-mail or ticketing tools. The required support would be quoted and delivered using client tools - including Citrix, SAP, multi-site quoting tools, EC Services, and other Avaya and ConvergeOne tools. The quoting procedure is based on the contract information held by client accounts. We generate the price for the relevant Avaya equipment covering all elements from coverage, term, and payment type within the contract details.

Utilizing the Avaya support center to process these requests, we implement and complete Avaya channel service agreements within 24 hours or the defined SLA. Our overall objective is to satisfy our client’s requirements with 100% accuracy, within the assigned timeline.
