<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Position Summary</h2>



<p>The Executive Administrator serves as a strategic administrative partner to the CEO, COO, and CTO. This role operates as a Chief of Staff–light function, combining high-level executive support with strategic initiative tracking, cross-functional coordination, and operational follow-through. The position requires strong business acumen, exceptional organizational discipline, discretion, and the ability to manage priorities across multiple executives in a dynamic environment.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Key Responsibilities</h2>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Executive Support</h3>



<p>• Manage complex calendars across CEO, COO, and CTO, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.<br>• Coordinate domestic and international travel (up to 50% travel required).<br>• Prepare executive communications, board materials, leadership presentations, and reporting packages.<br>• Serve as liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.</p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Strategic &amp; Operational Execution</h3>



<p>• Track and monitor strategic initiatives across the executive team.<br>• Maintain executive dashboards, KPI trackers, and action logs.<br>• Ensure follow-through on cross-functional action items and executive directives.<br>• Coordinate quarterly planning sessions, leadership offsites, and executive operating rhythms.<br>• Partner with department leaders to maintain visibility and accountability on priorities.<br></p>



<h3 class="wp-block-heading">Governance &amp; Communication</h3>



<p>• Support board meeting logistics, documentation, and materials preparation.<br>• Draft executive-level communications and internal announcements.<br>• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive business and personnel matters.<br>• Identify opportunities to improve executive workflow and communication cadence.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Qualifications &amp; Experience</h2>



<p>• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.<br>• 7+ years supporting senior executives, including direct C-level exposure.<br>• Demonstrated experience tracking strategic initiatives or operating rhythms.<br>• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.<br>• Strong written and verbal communication skills with executive presence.<br>• High degree of discretion, professionalism, and business judgment.<br>• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace and project tracking tools.<br>• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.</p>

<p>The Part-Time Administrative Assistant provides entry-level administrative support to executive leadership. This role is designed for a student seeking practical business exposure and professional development. Responsibilities focus on basic administrative coordination, documentation support, and organizational tasks under clear direction. This is a 10-hour-per-week position with flexible scheduling.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Key Responsibilities</h2>
