Position Summary

The Director, Cloud Services is responsible for ensuring the availability, performance, and compliance of cloud services delivered to customers. This role oversees cloud service delivery, operational support systems (OSS), and business support systems (BSS), ensuring services meet defined service level agreements.

Mission

Ensure cloud services are delivered with high availability, operational excellence, and consistent SLA compliance while driving automation, scalability, and continuous service improvement.

Manage cloud infrastructure and service performance.
Drive automation and operational excellence.
Lead and develop cloud services teams.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of cloud or service delivery experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Automation and process optimization experience.

Travel

Up to 25% travel as required.
