Leadership
Seismic founder and CEO Greg Walsh’s extensive experience in managing people, processes and systems on a global scale is the result of a long and successful career in Consumer Retail, Financial Services, and Health and Life Sciences verticals. Prior to founding Seismic, he rose through the ranks in the Global Services Division at RR Donnelley. He also held executive positions at (then) Platinum Avaya Business Partner Consultedge, as well as leadership roles at ICT Group (prior to its acquisition by Sykes) and the SFA solution provider, C3i-Inc. During his time in the industry, Greg identified gaps in the channel’s service offerings. In 2010, he set out on his own, founding Seismic to bridge those gaps and help companies gain competitive advantage through cutting-edge technology delivered with top-notch customer service.
Co-founder and COO Phani Karra is an industry veteran with a long history of entrepreneurial pursuits, including three highly successful ventures built from the ground up and launched in the US and India. WitsLea Consulting, one of these start-ups, grew from zero to profitability in just a few years. His extensive expertise has shaped Phani into an executive who can quickly diagnose a problem and provide effective solutions. As Chief Operating Officer, Phani is responsible for every aspect of Seismic’s infrastructure. This includes organizing and managing Seismic’s vast network of resources, defining operational excellence across organizational capabilities, and refining the delivery mechanisms of Seismic’s offerings.
Rich is a seasoned channel sales leader with a proven track record in the technology sector, specializing in unified communications, contact center, and IT solutions. He excels at building and nurturing high-performing channel partner programs, bringing order to complex sales environments, and driving profitable growth.
Rich’s authentic and transparent approach to business is rooted in trust and integrity. He’s passionate about forging lasting relationships with clients and partners, understanding their unique needs, and delivering real results without the hype and buzzwords.
Rich’s leadership style emphasizes collaboration, clear communication, and a focus on achieving shared goals. He values building strong teams and empowering individuals to reach their full potential. Beyond his professional pursuits, Rich enjoys spending time fishing in the Northern Adirondacks, working on cars, and listening to metal.
