Position Summary

The AI Program Manager leads the development and execution of artificial intelligence initiatives designed to enhance Seismic360’s internal tooling, automation capabilities, and managed services delivery model. This role focuses on reducing cost-to-serve, improving service quality, and increasing operational efficiency through practical AI implementation. Reporting into the CTO organization, this position operates as a cross-functional orchestrator between engineering, automation, cloud operations, and customer stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify high-impact AI opportunities across managed services operations and internal tooling.
• Develop business cases and prioritize AI initiatives aligned to operational efficiency and service quality goals.
• Lead cross-functional execution of AI programs from concept through deployment and adoption.
• Partner with Engineering and Automation teams to define technical requirements and implementation roadmaps.
• Ensure governance, risk management, and responsible AI practices are incorporated into deployments.
• Drive adoption of AI-enabled workflows across service delivery teams.

Qualifications & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in program management, technology delivery, or automation leadership.

Position Summary

The Executive Administrator serves as a strategic administrative partner to the CEO, COO, and CTO. Key Responsibilities

Executive Support

Position Summary

The Principal Solutions Architect serves as the senior technical authority for complex customer solutions, spanning pre-sales engagement through deployment and ongoing lifecycle support. This role owns solution strategy, technical risk, and architectural integrity across multi-vendor, multi-domain cloud and collaboration environments. The Principal Solutions Architect partners with executive stakeholders, delivery teams, and customers to ensure solutions align with business objectives and scalability goals.

Mission

Define, govern, and evolve solution architectures that accelerate customer outcomes, reduce delivery risk, and enable scalable, repeatable service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute end-to-end solution strategies for complex customer deployments.
- Act as a technical visionary driving continuous improvement.
- Serve as senior technical authority from contract through Day 2 operations.
- Partner with sales and business development as a subject matter expert.
- Lead solution design, discovery, and requirements gathering.
- Own technical risk management and architectural governance.
- Review and approve scopes of work and solution documentation.
- Define and maintain standard architectures and methodologies.
- Communicate solution strategy and risks to executive stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

- 15+ years of technical or operational experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Deep expertise across collaboration, networking, virtualization, and infrastructure.
- Strong background in service-oriented delivery models.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with SD-WAN, hybrid cloud, and public cloud.
- Experience integrating multi-vendor solutions.
- Leadership or mentoring experience.
