Position Summary

The Program Manager supports execution of strategic initiatives under the direction of the Senior Director of Special Projects. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and tracking cross-functional programs to ensure timely delivery and operational alignment. This position does not include direct people management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed program plans and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure milestone alignment.
• Track risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Maintain executive reporting dashboards and status updates.
• Ensure documentation and governance standards are followed.
• Support post-project reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives.
• Proficiency in project tracking tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.

Work Environment & Travel

Remote role. Up to 25% travel may be required to support program execution, stakeholder meetings, leadership offsites, and strategic planning activities.

Reporting Structure

Reports to the Senior Director of Special Projects.

Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
